Refunds & cancellations

Canvas & Cava events reserve limited spaces and require advance preparation.

Customer cancellations

7+ days notice: eligible for a £35 refund.
Less than 7 days notice: non-refundable.

Event cancellations

If Canvas & Cava cancels an event, customers will receive a full refund or a transfer option.
